All our group training participants receive the same high level of service as our 1-2-1 clients. We will conduct a full fitness and postural assessment, medical screening and nutritional analysis. We discuss each individual’s goals, fitness history and lifestyle and tailor your group programme. Groups sizes can range from 2-6 people.
If you have friends or colleagues who are interested in training with you then get in touch. Likewise if you are interested in small group training but don’t know anyone who’s keen to train with you, let us know and we can enrole you into one of the existing groups.
(Also available via zoom, skype etc if your group are based in different locations.)
