YOUR WELLNESS CONSULTANT
Claudine Hillier spent the first part of her career as a marketing strategist and understands the pressure of managing tight dealines and demanding schedules within a corporate environment. She established Hillcliff Personal Training over 12 years ago and specialises in post injury rehab, training clients with medical conditions and strength and sports conditioning for tennis. During this time, she spent three years at Pure Sports Medicine as Consultant Performance Coach for racquet sports, working closely with their team of osteopaths, physiotherapists and sports doctors to develop training programmes for optimal performance, alongside post injury return to fitness.
With a BSc from Loughborough University, Claudine has since gained a number of specialist diplomas including sports conditioning, exercise referral, resisted movement training and pre/post natal exercise prescription.
When she's not with clients or researching and testing new training methods, she can be found on the tennis court with a racquet in hand at any given opportunity. She is also Founder of Total Tennis Fitness and Managing Partner at Kid Fit Parties.
Claudine has been described as a natural teacher and motivator and has published numerous articles on health and fitness.
