It provides a great option for our clients who find it difficult to schedule in time to be with us three or four times a week. You can complete your workouts in your own time, whilst still having the programming expertise and accountability or your trainer, reaping all the benefits of face-to-face personal training time once or twice a month.

For many people the cost of hiring a personal trainer 3-4 times per week just isn’t viable. We want to help as many people as we can to achieve their goals and to prioritise their own health and fitness. This hybrid model of training is a more affordable option and allows you to take more ownership of your own wellbeing.

1 x  1-2-1 face to face session per month
  
Initial video consultation including exercise, lifestyle and medical history, m
ovement and postural analysis
 Fitness testing in first session
Key markers monitored – resting heart rate, blood pressure, body fat %, BMI
 Coach on hand daily via email and text
Home training plan to follow between sessions based on goals, exercise history, equipment available and current and past injuries and conditions
Accountability check in once a week via email

HYBRID TRAINING PACKAGE 2


2 x  1-2-1 face to face session per month

 £185 per month

When you sign up we’ll conduct our initial session and you'll receive access to your workouts, your completed forms and your key markers and measurements. You’ll be able to log your completed workouts and track your progress. Everything you need will be right in your pocket, or on your tablet or laptop. 

Of course, there are lots of free apps out there, but they tend to be a one size fits all solution. Hybrid personal training is exactly that – PERSONAL. The training plan is built for you and you alone; your goals, your fitness levels, your schedule, your access to equipment, your exercise, medical and injury history. Every factor is considered and you’re safe in the knowledge that your trainer has years of experience and expertise to draw upon when building your programme. 

 Why the hybrid personal training concept works

MOTIVATION AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Some of the main benefits of having a personal trainer are the motivation and accountability that we provide. With the Hybrid Personal Training option, you will still have that face to face session where we push you to be your best, so it’s great for those who have the self-motivation to complete the workouts in their own time. If you find you’re struggling with motivation at any point, then your trainer is a click or a call away to get you back on track. You will be accountable to your trainer and be more likely to stay on course to meet your goals. We will check in with you each week to ensure you hit your fitness targets. 

EXERCISING SAFELY
Having 1-2-1 sessions in the mix ensures you are exercising safely. All the exercises within the programme will be available to view online, but if there are any questions about specific exercises or any modifications that need to be made to accommodate injuries, we can cover these in the face to face session.

FLEXIBILITY
Unlike many gyms you can cancel your contract at any time. Payment is made on a month by month basis so if you need to take a break for any reason, or decide that it's just not for you, that's no problem.
