Monthly training plan

We provide an individual monthly training plan for you to follow. These are not off the shelf plans; they are tailored to you. Accessed directly from our app they include full video instruction and description so you can be sure you're executing the exercises correctly. 

 

Remote consultation

Every client takes part in a remote consultation via video or phone call where we discuss your exercise & medical history, lifestyle & goals so that we can create individual plans for you and your body.

 

Train anywhere

Whether you prefer to train at home, outdoors or in the gym, or spend a lot of time travelling for work, we will adapt your programme to match the equipment and space you have available.

 

Affordable price plan

Our plans provide you with bespoke training programmes and access to experts for a fraction of the cost of a face to face 1-2-1 session, making it an affordable option for many,

 

Accountability and motivation
Your trainer is on hand via our app providing both motivation, expertise and accountability. We monitor your progress as you log workouts and will make any necessary adaptations.

 

Adapt to your schedule

We know things change all the time. No more last minute cancelled sessions. You can adapt your schedule to fit in your training session at the best time for you, giving access to the knowledge of our trainers whenever it suits you.

 

Access to experts wherever you live
We often have enquiries from clients who live far away and as much as we'd love to help, it's simply not possible. There are no geographical restrictions with online personal training.

 

Specialist training

If you're recovering from injury, live with hypermobility or fibromyalgia, or have a specific sports goal, our expertise can be easily transferred online.

The app

Our Hillcliff Personal Training app is your one stop port of call for all your personalised workouts. It can be accessed via the app store on your phone or tablet or through your laptop's browser. It's YOUR PT IN YOUR POCKET!

All the admin is processed through the app including your forms and secure payment. It really does make life easy to have everything you need in one place.

The app has multiple functions to help you track your workouts and progress and all your programmes will be delivered via the app. They are straightforward, easy to follow and each exercises has a video and/or detailed description to ensure you're doing them safely and correctly. You can also add your own workouts so your trainer knows your full weekly schedule, eg, classes, runs, swims etc.

The app also gives you direct access to your trainer. You can notify them when you've completed a workout and give immediate feedback on how it felt, and any adaptations that you had to make. You can also message your trainer with any questions you have about the schedule and programmes so they are there on hand to help you each step of the way.   

It's easy to log your daily food diary so that you can track your nutrition. You can also add in your measurements and photos to monitor your progress.

What makes this different

There are many workouts available across the internet that target generic goals. In fact we have our own selection available over on our fitness programmes page. What sets our online personal training apart is the personal. Everything we prescribe has a purpose. 

If you have issues that require one of our specialists we will assign the best coach to suit your needs. Whether that be post injury rehab, injury prevention, corrective exercise, sports conditioning or using exercise to manage conditions such as joint hypermobility syndrome or fibromyalgia. As with all our clients, whether they be 121 or online, if you're working with another healthcare professional such as a physio, osteo etc. we will collabrate closely with them to provide an integrated approach.

Considerations

Our online personal training requires nothing more than a phone, tablet or laptop. 

Nothing can truly replicate the level of service you get with a 121 session so if you choose the online personal training option you should be self-motivated and self-disciplined to achieve the best results.

You'll still have the accountability of working directly with your personal trainer, plus the benefits of our knowledge and expertise for  £30 per week
